Last week I shared my first-week experience with Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living program. In my post, I broke down what the program is, what Arbonne is, what products I use, what foods to avoid, and what meals I ate. The first week was a very busy week for me, so I did a lot of meal prep and didn’t have much variety in my meals.

This week, I did a better job of adding a little more variety and tried out two great recipes: Tomato basil and spinach spaghetti and stuffed peppers. Here are the rest of my meals from this week…

My Week Two Meals:

Day Eight

First thing in the morning: Digestion Plus
Breakfast: Chocolate shake
At work: Detox Tea
Lunch: Chipotle chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, lettuce, guacamole, fizz stick with water
Dinner: Smoothie with vanilla protein powder, fiber boost, frozen berries, spinach, and almond milk
Before Bed: Detox Tea

Day Nine

First thing in the morning: Digestion Plus
Breakfast: Chocolate shake
At work: Detox Tea
Lunch: Leftover smoked chicken breast with broccoli
Dinner: Smoothie with vanilla protein powder, fiber boost, frozen berries, spinach, and almond milk
Before Bed: Detox Tea

Day Ten

First thing in the morning: Digestion Plus
Breakfast: Chocolate shake
At work: Detox Tea
Lunch: Panera green goddess cob salad, no bacon, extra avocado, Greek dressing
Dinner: Smoothie with vanilla protein powder, fiber boost, frozen berries, and almond milk
Before Bed: Detox Tea

Day Eleven

First thing in the morning: Digestion Plus
Breakfast: Chocolate shake
At work: Detox Tea
Lunch: Grilled turkey salad with avocado and tomatoes
Dinner: Smoothie with vanilla protein powder, fiber boost, frozen berries, and almond milk
Before Bed: Detox Tea

Day Twelve

First thing in the morning: Digestion Plus
Breakfast: Chocolate shake with Fiber Boost
Snack: Hope hummus with carrots and Detox Tea
Lunch: Sweet potato hash with bell pepper, spinach, green onion, minced garlic, and sea salt
Dinner: Tomato basil and spinach spaghetti with brown rice pasta, chicken breast, and organic ingredients
Before Bed: Detox Tea

Day Thirteen

First thing in the morning: Digestion Plus
Breakfast: Chocolate shake with Fiber Boost
Lunch: Chipotle chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, lettuce, and guacamole
Dinner: Smoothie with vanilla protein powder, fiber boost, frozen berries, and almond milk
Before Bed: Detox Tea

Day Fourteen

First thing in the morning: Digestion Plus
Breakfast: Chocolate shake with Fiber Boost
Lunch: Scrambled eggs with tomato and spinach
Dinner: Stuffed Peppers with ground beef, shredded carrot, fire roasted tomatoes, minced garlic, and brown rice
Before Bed: Detox Tea


19 days ago I started this journey and I didn’t think would be easy. In 19 days I am feeling better than I ever have and have more energy just because I changed my eating habits. It really hasn’t been as hard as I expected it to be! After two weeks, I have lost 7 pounds and 10 inches from my arms, waist, hips, and thighs combined.

I’m so excited to continue this healthy living journey, not just for 11 more days, but beyond. I am still learning recipes I can use during the program, but so far I am happy with what I have been doing. I know it will take some time. In just 19 days I have gained a whole new perspective on food and have even discovered new things that I like.
