Buffalo Chicken Dip Tutorial

Yesterday I made my buffalo chicken dip for a potluck. It must have been pretty good because it went fast! I decided as one of my first posts that I would share the recipe I use with y’all…

Things you will need:

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken (shredded) – you can use store-bought rotisserie chicken or canned chicken (I use canned)
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (don’t use low fat or fat free – it will be gross)
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (I use Frank’s RedHot sauce)

Put all ingredients into your crock pot, cover, and cook for an hour or so – or until all the cheese is melted. Stir before serving. You can serve your buffalo chicken dip with many things – I usually serve mine with tortilla chips or home made pita chips.
